15 Day Challenge: Day 3

It's Day 3 of the challenge!

This is fun.
So... #3, "Tell about an article of clothing that you're deeply attached to"

This is actually hard. Although I love clothes, I don't really have an item that I'm attached to. I tend to wear clothes and get sick of them, and then donate and buy new ones. My wallet's not exactly a fan of that.

I do have this sleep shirt that I LOVED as a child. I wore it to bed EVERY night. I kept it, and now it fits like a regular shirt (well maybe it's a little small...) It's definitely one of those things I'll keep around forever but I definitely don't wear it around (except for yesterday!)

Yeah 90's!

It shouldn't be a surprise that all my clothes were pink and purple. Here are some more examples:

{Thanks for the never ending bangs, Mom!}
So I would say that I was more attached to clothing as a child and not so much anymore. I do have a couple favorite things but would not be devastated if any of it got lost/ruined. Except that sleep shirt ;)

Do you have any clothing items you're attached to?

  1. Oh my gosh, I used to wear pink or purple spandex shorts. Not even kidding you. I'm so glad you were similarly awesome in the early 90s!

  2. AHH! THE BANGS! I had them too. Super thick bangs. And then it took me FOREVER to grow them out. Thanks mom. Anyways, I don't really have a piece of clothing I'm super attached to either, but I think it's pretty awesome that you've kept that shirt all these years!

  4. your pink puffball sweatshirt reminds me of my red one with a fuzzy dog on it. the dog's ear was attached at the top, so it actually flopped around. often worn with me floral print tights and high top black converses, I was the height of sophistication and chic-ness at the tender age of 8.
