Happy almost weekend!
Um, this might have been the longest and most stressful week ever.
Thankfully there were some nice things thrown into this week that made things a little bit brighter :)
{1} I saw my former college roomie Katie this week! We live so close to each other and haven't seen each other in a couple months. I hate when life gets in the way of seeing good friends... especially those worth keeping :) We got fro-yo (her first time!) and of course it was amazing. I didn't get a picture, so here's a throwback from college. (I'm sure you won't mind... right Katie? ;) )
{see, I started taking outfit pics in the mirror way before blogging. ;) }
So many memories! :)
Even though we don't see each other as much as I wish we did, I<3 you!
{2} A little retail therapy...
Shirt on left: $9
Scarf: $12.99 clearance
Sweater on right: $10
all Gap Outlet
...seriously? I feel like I stole all of this. Talk about some great sales!
{3} Charm City Cupcakes.
There would be pictures if I hadn't scarfed them it down
To be fair, I did share one with Chris.
You can trust me, they were good. I'll probably be back there during lunch break tomorrow.
{4} Chris took me to dinner last night at Bobby Flay's. We went there once before and it's really good. The grilled cheese is the bomb. Again... no pictures. I'm bad this week. For all you know, I'm totally making all of this up.
After that I totally got a 10 minute massage at the mall. It was amazing.
{5} There's a new Express opening today at the above mentioned mall 5 min from my house. I thought about standing at the doors and waiting all night last night, but decided against it. I could see in the windows and it looks like a dream. I'm pretty sure all I think about lately is shopping. It's okay...I could have worse problems.
{6} Bonus: Gchat date with Leigh and Dani last night! If you don't know these ladies, you should go visit them ASAP.
I hope everyone has a great weekend!
Linking up w/ Lauren :)

Yay for Gchat dates!! Oh my gosh I love that sweater, and for only $10?! I can't believe the most expensive thing you got was a scarf! Is Charm City Cupcakes run by Chef Duff...because I love him and am so jealous.
ReplyDeleteOh I would be broke in a minute if an Express opened 5 minutes from me! Hope your weekend is relaxing and great :)
ReplyDeleteOh hooray for seeing college friends! Especially the ones that you don't get to see all that often! I'm seeing two of my besties this weekend, and I could not be more excited! It stinks when life gets in the way like that!
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm kind of in love with your Gap Outlet purchases! I would be in so much trouble if I lived near a Gap Outlet - they always seem to have such awesome sales.
Have a wonderful & relaxing weekend!

I always find the best deals at Gap outlet stores. Honestly they discount things a lot and most of the stuff looks the same as the actual store. Love it!
ReplyDeleteLove your new finds you found at the Gap outlet, especially the gorg scarf!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday!! xo, Bev
Loving the gchat date! :) Must do again.
ReplyDeleteAlso loving those finds! All white - which would not go over well in my house, but I'd wear them anyway!
Happy Friday <3

ReplyDeleteI keep forgetting to take pictures everywhere too! Bobby Flay's sounds good and Charm City Cupcakes sound delicious!!! I love that you did retail therapy and only spent $9/$10 on the shirt and sweater! Crazy!
